What is Heroes Home Advantage™?

Heroes Home Advantage™ is our rebate program. It is a way to say thank you to America’s HEROES for their service to our country and communities.

Who qualifies as a hero?

Military (active, reserves and veterans), teachers, firefighters, law enforcement, medical personnel and certified first responders.

How much will I save?

Use the calculator above to get an estimate of savings. The dollar amounts are estimate. Rebate amounts may vary based on sale price of the home; special circumstances including, but not limited to, new construction. You must be under contract and represented by Kelly Ritz with Champions Real Estate Group at closing to be eligible.

Is there a fee?
